What is a "consultation?" - Is our principal stager meeting you or your client in person to offer recommendation? - Will we discuss options for what to do with your furnishings/decor? If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then this is a "consultation." We provide a set of fresh eyes to help you see the "long forgotten" or "the long ago ‘to do's’ still waiting for attention." We can help! After a review/walk through of the property, we provide our recommendations ranging from curb appeal and furniture placement, including ways to reduce, rearrange, or pack, saving you time and money. This offers you a place to start - you may decide to tackle rooms one by one, or to use our professional hands-on staging services to implement the recommendations. This is our in-person consultation package. Pricing starts at $225 for 1 hour "walk and talk" (property above ground size under 3000 sqft).
